  • What Languages Will My Employees Speak?
    Our employees will be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Does TeleCom Tech Solutions Run Background Checks On All VAs?
    Yes, all VAs are background checked before they are employed by us.
  • How Long Does It Take to Get My Employee?
    We will search for your employees once you are onboarded with us. It generally takes us about two weeks to find your employee. Please plan accordingly so that there is adequate time to find and train your employee.
  • Are These Employees in the United States?
    While our business is based in the United States, your employees are not. They can only perform remote work. However, we ensure that everything they do complies with regulations protecting patient information in both countries.
  • How Do You Uphold Data Security?
    All our employees are employed by one of our partner companies. All VAs are given company issued equipment and are only allowed to use them for work related activities. We also make all our VAs go through PHI, PCI, PII training and general VA training periodically.
  • Are You a Call Center?
    No, we are not a call center. We know that not all businesses operate the same. Most businesses require that personal touch. We will find you full-time employees who work solely for your business. They will then log in remotely and work for you full time just like any other employee.
  • Do I Need To Pay Taxes?
    No we will handle the taxes and benefits for your employees. This is included in the price you pay.
  • Do You Offer a Guarantee?
    We do not offer a money back guarantee. However, you may cancel your service at any time if you are not happy with the service.
  • How Do I Pay My Virtual Assistant?
    While your employees are abroad, TeleCom Tech Solutions is a US-based business. You will pay TeleCom Tech Solutions directly, and we will take care of the payroll for you. We accept most credit cards and ACH payments.
  • Are The VAs Employees of TeleCom Tech Solutions?
    Yes, your employee is employed by one of our partner companies in their respective country.
  • Can I Get a Free Trial?
    No, we do not offer a free trial. Staffing is very time-consuming. Searching, interviewing, and finding great candidates comes at a significant cost. However, we do not charge our clients an installation fee or leave them on the hook for lengthy contracts.
